Every Person who Registers brings hope to those waiting

Updated Tuesday May 7, 2019 by Kanata Baseball Association.

Julia Miller is an avid hockey player and plays for the Kanata Rangers. Her mom and dad grew up in Renfrew, but now they live in Kanata. Julia was attending Holy Trinity H.S. in Kanata. Julia was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia( and is currently in need of a stem cell transplant. Julia's sister has been tested and is not a match so she is relying on people like you to join the stem cell registry. You may be a match for Julia of one of the 700 Canadian patients waiting to find a match.

Julia is good friends with many members of our baseball community. Specifically many of the players from the Minor Bantam Kanata Cubs.

Please take the time to get swabbed, your help is needed!
