Rookie House

The Rookie House Program is KBA's recreational (house) development program for players born 2013 - 2010. This program focuses on Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) and teaching the 5 FUNdamentals of baseball in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Initiation House

The Initiation House Program is KBA's recreational (house) development program for our youngest members, born 2014 - 2013. This program focuses on Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) and teaching the 5 FUNdamentals of baseball in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Girls Rookie and Initiation House Program

The Rookie Girls’ Interlock Spring Program is an extension of our Rookie House Program, which is KBA's recreational (house) development program for players born 2013 - 2010. This program focuses on Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) and teaching the 5 FUNdamentals of baseball in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Little League Minor

The program will run from May to June. Player ages 9 and 10.. Games generally played 2 x per week on weeknights at Kanata area fields, with frequent weekend events. Players pitch from 46' distances with 60' base paths. Players must attend the Spring Sort Outs. Play begins May 1 through mid to late June. .

Canadian League Major

Canadian League Major is a Little League Program for players league age 11 and 12 in the playing year. This is player-pitch and is played on fields with 60' base lines and 46' pitching distances. Games are played in Kanata for the months of May and June.

American League Major

American League Major division is a Little League Program for players league age 11 and 12 in the playing year. This is player-pitch and is played on fields with 60' base lines and 46' pitching distances. Games are played in Kanata for the months of May and June.

Intermediate

Intermediate division is for league aged 13 year olds, and is played on 50' pitching 70' base path fields, with full leadoffs and balks.

Junior

Junior division is for league aged 13 - 14 year olds, and is played on 54' pitching 80' bases fields, with leadoffs and pickoffs.

Senior

Senior division is for league aged 14 - 16 year olds, and is played on 60'6" pitching 90' base path fields, with full leadoffs and balks.

OBA Midget

Rep programs for players turning 16, 17 and 18 in the calendar year of play. This division plays 9-inning games on full-sized ball fields - 90' base lines and 60'6" pitching distances.

OBA Bantam

Rep programs for players turning 14 and 15 in the calendar year of play. This division plays 9-inning games on full-sized ball fields - 90' base lines and 60'6" pitching distances.

OBA Peewee

OBA programs for players turning 12 and 13 in the calendar year of play. This division plays 7-inning games on mid-sized ball fields - 75' base lines and 50' pitching distances.

OBA Mosquito

Rep programs for players turning 10 and 11 in the calendar year of play. This division plays 7-inning games on ball fields with 65' base lines and 44' pitching distances.

OBA Rookie

The OBA Rookie Select program is a competitive four-month program for players born in 2010 and 2011. Teams in this division play within the NCOBA Rookie Select league.

Wait List Spring 2019

If the program you wish to join shows as "Full" you may add your name to the WAIT LIST. If there is a registration cancellation, or if we decide to add more teams, the Registrar will contact you to get your full registration.

Little League - Registration

Little League division is a Program for players turning 9-12 in the playing year. This division is played on fields with 60' base lines and 46' pitching distances. There will be 3 levels of play: 9/10 (Minor), 10/11/12 (Median) & 11/12 (Major)

Senior League - Registration

Senior division is for league aged 13 - 16 year olds. Levels of play will be based on skill and age of players. In this division, there is Intermediate, Junior, and Senior Leagues. The Intermediate level is played with 50' pitching and 70' base paths. The Junior level is played with 54' pitching and 80' base paths. The Senior level is played with 60'6" pitching and 90' base paths on the fields. All levels are played with the full baseball ruleset.
